Nature of Our Services

Cerebral Authority provides commercialization consulting services for physical product businesses, including but not limited to validation, pricing and financial modeling, brand and positioning, digital infrastructure, seeding campaigns, go-to-market strategy, sampling campaigns, and deployment support. Booking a session or completing an intake form through this site does not itself create a consulting engagement. Any actual engagement — including scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, and other terms — is governed exclusively by a separate signed agreement between Cerebral Authority and the client, not by these Terms of Service.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Consulting advice, frameworks, and strategies provided by Cerebral Authority — whether described on this site or delivered as part of an engagement — reflect our professional judgment and experience. They do not guarantee any particular business result, including revenue, profitability, sales, funding, or market outcome. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, execution, and third-party actions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cerebral Authority and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of this site or any consulting services, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
